A massive hurdle faced by candidates is the photo and signature upload gate. Modern smartphones capture photos that are 10MB to 25MB in size. Yet government portals enforce strict boundaries—often requiring photographs and signatures to be strictly between 10KB and 20KB or 20KB and 50KB in JPG format.
